SongPerfect provides personalised digital songs based on the details customers submit through our website.

To place an order, you must provide the requested song details and pay the displayed price. You are responsible for checking that the information you submit is accurate before payment.

Each standard order includes two personalised song versions delivered by email with access to a private listening library.

You may create an order using the guided Song Wizard, by submitting a Quick Prompt, or by using your own lyrics. These options are used to create personalised digital songs from the information you provide.

The more accurate and appropriate your submitted details, prompts, lyrics and instructions are, the more likely the final songs are to match your request. When you provide your own lyrics, the music model uses them as closely as possible, but small repeats or musical adjustments may happen.

SongPerfect songs are personalised digital products created from the information you provide. Results may vary depending on the details, style choices and generation process.

You must not submit content that is unlawful, hateful, abusive, sexually explicit, discriminatory, defamatory, invasive of privacy or that infringes someone else’s rights.

We aim to create and deliver songs quickly, but delivery times can vary because of payment checks, service availability, high demand or technical issues.

Your songs are accessed through a private library link. Anyone with the link may be able to listen to songs in that library. Please keep the link safe and only share it with people you trust.

If you subscribe to the SongPerfect newsletter, we may send occasional emails with updates, gift ideas and SongPerfect news. You can unsubscribe from future newsletter emails at any time.

You agree not to misuse SongPerfect, including by:

• Submitting harmful, illegal or abusive content.
• Trying to access another customer’s private library.
• Attempting to disrupt or reverse engineer the website.
• Using generated content in a way that violates the law.
• Using SongPerfect to infringe another person’s rights.

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

SongPerfect is provided on a reasonable skill and care basis. We are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable, except where the law does not allow us to limit responsibility.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be shown on this page with the updated date.
