SongPerfect provides personalised digital songs created from the information customers choose to submit through our website.

We collect the information needed to create and deliver your order:

• Your email address.
• Your name, if provided.
• The recipient’s name.
• Occasion, genre, mood and voice preferences.
• Details you ask us to include or avoid in the song.
• Quick Prompt text, own lyrics and song instructions, if you choose those creation options.
• Payment and order status information from Stripe.
• Email delivery and newsletter records from Resend.
• If you enable Analytics in our preference tool, anonymised website usage information provided through Vercel Web Analytics, such as public page paths, referrers, device or browser information, country-level location and selected create-to-checkout funnel events.
• If you choose to submit a SongPerfect Moment, we collect the reaction or reveal video, the checkout email used to verify an eligible order, basic file information, and the permissions you select for private review and optional public use.

We use your information to:

• Create and deliver your personalised songs.
• Process payments securely through Stripe.
• Send order confirmation and song delivery emails.
• Send newsletter emails if you choose to subscribe.
• Provide your private listening library.
• Help with customer support.
• Prevent misuse, fraud and technical errors.
• If you enable Analytics, understand public-site performance and the create-to-checkout journey so we can improve SongPerfect.
• Verify and privately review SongPerfect Moment submissions and, when accepted, issue the associated customer reward.
• Use a submitted video publicly only when the submitter has separately selected the optional public-use permission.

SongPerfect uses Vercel Web Analytics only when you enable Analytics in our preference tool. Vercel Web Analytics is designed to provide privacy-friendly, anonymised usage reporting without analytics cookies.

Our analytics layer does not send private library, share, feedback, admin or order-success pages. It removes query strings and URL fragments from public page-view data before sending it. Our custom funnel events do not include names, email addresses, prompts, lyrics, order IDs or private listening links.

If you later turn Analytics off in Cookie settings, future page-view and custom-event data is blocked by our analytics integration.

If you subscribe to the SongPerfect newsletter, we use your email address to send occasional updates, gift ideas and SongPerfect news. You can unsubscribe from future newsletter emails at any time.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. SongPerfect does not store your full card number or card security code.

We use trusted service providers to operate SongPerfect, including Vercel for hosting and consent-enabled web analytics, as well as database, private file storage, payment, email and music-generation services. These providers only receive the information needed to provide their service.

Your songs are delivered through a private library link. Anyone with that link may be able to listen to the songs in that library, so please keep it safe and only share it with people you trust.

We keep order information, song information and delivery records for as long as reasonably needed to provide your private library, handle support requests, meet legal obligations and maintain business records.

SongPerfect Moment videos are kept only for as long as reasonably needed for review, administration of a reward, any permitted use, dispute handling and legal or business-record requirements. Permission records may be retained separately where needed to document the choices made at submission.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information. You can contact us at info@songperfect.com to make a request.

If you previously gave optional public-use permission for a SongPerfect Moment, you can contact us to withdraw that permission for future uses. Withdrawal does not necessarily reverse uses that were already lawfully made before we received the request.
