• Details you ask us to include or avoid in the song.
• Quick Prompt text, own lyrics and song instructions, if you choose those creation options.
• Payment and order status information from Stripe.
• Email delivery and newsletter records from Resend.

We use your information to:

• Create and deliver your personalised songs.
• Process payments securely through Stripe.
• Send order confirmation and song delivery emails.
• Send newsletter emails if you choose to subscribe.
• Provide your private listening library.
• Help with customer support.
• Prevent misuse, fraud and technical errors.

If you subscribe to the SongPerfect newsletter, we use your email address to send occasional updates, gift ideas and SongPerfect news. You can unsubscribe from future newsletter emails at any time.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. SongPerfect does not store your full card number or card security code.

We use trusted service providers to operate SongPerfect, including hosting, database, payment, email and music-generation services. These providers only receive the information needed to provide their service.

Your songs are delivered through a private library link. Anyone with that link may be able to listen to the songs in that library, so please keep it safe and only share it with people you trust.

We keep order information, song information and delivery records for as long as reasonably needed to provide your private library, handle support requests, meet legal obligations and maintain business records.
