Refund Policy

Overview

SongPerfect sells personalised digital songs. Because each order is created from the customer’s submitted information, orders are made specifically for that customer.

Before generation starts

If you contact us before your song generation has started, we may be able to cancel and refund your order.

After generation starts

Once your personalised digital songs have started being created, we usually cannot offer a refund simply because you changed your mind. This is because the product is personalised digital content created from your submitted information.

When we will help

Please contact us if:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order.
  • You paid but no order was created.
  • Your private library link does not work.
  • Your song files are missing or cannot be played.
  • There is a clear technical problem with delivery.

We may resend the private link, regenerate the song, fix the technical issue, or provide a refund where appropriate.

Customer mistakes

Please check all names, spelling, occasion details and song instructions before payment. We cannot guarantee a free replacement if incorrect information was submitted by the customer.

Statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
