Refunds Policy

This Refunds Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for SongPerfect (“SongPerfect”).

1) Important note about personalised services

SongPerfect provides a personalised product based on the information you submit. Because of the custom nature of the service, refunds may be limited once production has started or delivery has been completed. This policy is designed to be fair, clear, and easy to understand.

2) Before production starts

  • If you cancel before we start creating your song, you may request a full refund.
  • To request cancellation, email info@songperfect.com and include your order ID.

3) After production starts

If production has started, we may not be able to offer a full refund. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:

  • one included revision, where applicable
  • reasonable adjustments to correct factual issues, such as the wrong name
  • a partial refund in exceptional cases, at our discretion

4) After delivery

Once your song has been delivered, for example through your private order page, refunds are generally not available because the product has been customised for you. If there is a clear issue caused by our error, such as an incorrect recipient name, contact us and we will work with you to correct it.

5) Payment issues and duplicates

  • If you were charged twice for the same order, contact us and we will resolve it.
  • If payment failed or was cancelled, you will not be charged.

6) How to request a refund

Email info@songperfect.com and include:

  • your order ID
  • the email address used at checkout
  • a brief explanation of the issue

7) Processing time

Approved refunds are usually processed back to the original payment method. Timing may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
